These attachments develop first with parents and as the child grows, they form attachments with others.
Within Jungle Tots Day Nursery, we understand that each child deserves to have a strong relationship with someone within the nursery and the key person approach effectively celebrates this. Developing a secure bond with your key person allows children to develop, play and learn freely providing them with someone within the nursery environment that is dedicated to your child wellbeing.
The Key Person will have activities and quality learning experiences planned for your child based on their individual needs.
For the parents, the key person approach provides you with a dedicated staff member who fully understands the learning, development and care needs of your child, working with you to tailor your child, care needs to the information that you provide.
